The Fully Automatic Splitting Machine H 52 is used to split blocks and slabs made of the above-mentioned materials economically into any requested layer thickness.
The slabs are put onto the adhesive conveyor belt. During the advance move the circulating bandknife splits the block into the requested layer thicknesses. During the backward movement of the table the knife guidance slides in the joint, so that the split sheet can be hold onto the block. Afterwards the cutting unit is lowered in order to split the next layer from the block. This allows for stacking the cut layers one onto another as well as for a completely automatic and unmanned run of the machine.
