The G 11 machine is similar to the G 1 model. Special bearings guarantee the precise rotation of the hardened and polished feed rollers. The Bandknife Splitting Machine G 11 consists of a wind-off machine R 10, a splitting machine G 11 and two wind-up machines R 39. The machine is used to split thin rolls of the above-mentioned materials.
Advantages: -extremely high cutting accuracy, -possibility to cut extremely thin layer thicknesses down to 0,5 mm [0.020"] with a tolerance of +/- 0,05 mm [0.002"].
