Our convoluter D 31 has particulary been designed to profile highly-condensed and hard materials up to a thickness of about 300 mm (11.81?). Two profile rollers with exchangeable profile rings convey the material to be profiled to the continuous bandknife. The material is condensed with cutting so that the intended profile appears after ist re-expansion, e.g. geometric square profile.
