The Vertical High Speed Contour Cutter J 1 (Water Jet) is especially suitable for the production of contour cuts and particularly ones requiring cutouts without entry cuts.
The cutting unit consists of a completely encapsulated working area in which the programmed parts are cut fully automatically. The cutting tool, thus the nozzle head moves on two linear guides in X and Y direction. An automatic on and off switching of the nozzle head allows for contour cutouts without entry cuts. The material to be cut is placed on a stationary table with a sound-absorbing and pressure-reducing honeycomb material. This table can be pulled out.
