The Profile Cutting Device D 4 is to be used with the Bandknife Peeling Machine R 11/88 to cut profiles out of different slab materials.
This machine is used to produce many different standard profiles, e.g. hump and zigzag as well as special profiles by using different profile rings.
The respective initial material is deformed by profile elements in front of the knife and is being cut in this deformed state. The achieved profile can be seen as soon as the two cut foam slabs have expanded.
