The Bandknife Peeling Machines R 11/88 are used for the economical and efficient production of long thin foils made from PU flexible foam in a very limited space.
The peeled foil is wound up by the winding machine R 88. The pulling of the winding machine turns the material cylinder into a rotating movement. The required layer thickness is adjusted via change gears and turned into vertical movement by the lifting spindles. Thus, according to the preselected layer thickness the cylinder to be peeled is steadily moved to the rotating bandknife.
