The stacking device A 7 serves to automatically stack layers made of flexible PU foam and is used behind horizontal splitting machines, profile cutting machines or any kind of conveyor systems.
The roller conveyor opens in the middle and both parts of the conveyor move to the outside. The opening gap enables the layer to be lowered onto the conveyor or onto the pallet(s) hereon of the lifting device below. Afterwards, the complete lifting device lowers according to the adjusted layer thickness. This cycle is repeated until the max. stacking height is achieved. At the push of a button the stack is discharged from the conveyor of the lifting device.
