The Fully Automatic Vertical Cutting Machine V 58 is used for cutting blocks and slabs into sponges and very small rectangular cuts.
By means of a mobile side fence the requested layers of the materials are moved on the stationary table. The machine can be operated fully automatically and allows for both single or double cutting. After the first cutting procedure the cut layers are lying on the turning plate of the left table side. In automatic operation the table now turns by 90° and the material is pushed onto the right table side by means of the left fence. Now the second cutting procedure starts by pressing a key.
