Trends 2009 - Cutting lines

Fecken-Kirfel currently presents new developments concerning Fully Automatic Cutting Lines, especially introducing most flexible transport and – highly important - conveyor solutions. These integrated shuttle systems allow the combination with various other components (see illustration).

Actually, the scale of extension and the variety of combinations is unlimited. It is, for example, possible to integrate horizontal (e.g. C 67) and vertical (e.g. F 62) CNC Contour Cutter as well as horizontal splitter like our W 22 or H 52. Moreover, Caroussels like S 22, S 24 or S 41 can be fed and unloaded automatically.

This high level of automization provides an enormous production flexibility together with an optimized handling and thus leads to a drastic decrease of personnel costs.
