Fecken-Kirfel is a manufacturer of cutting machines for processing PU flexible foam, PE foam and rigid foam as well as rubber, neoprene, expanded rubber and cork. Moreover, we produce custom-built machines for special materials like fleece, honeycomb material and many more. We are proud to be the technological and quality leader in our sector. Our machines set the worldwide benchmark concerning cutting precision and reliability.

We offer a large variety of different machine types such as horizontal and vertical splitting machines, profiling machines (convoluter), contour cutting machines and peeling machines. Additional equipment like stackers and various conveyors up to movable shuttle systems allow the integration of multiple machines into a fully automatic cutting line meeting nearly all requirements of our customers.

Our machines and installations are used in many different industrial sectors worldwide, for example automotive supply, packaging, construction, the upholstery and mattress industries as well as in the sectors of technical and medical applications. All our machines are particularly known for their excellent cutting accuracy and their most efficient operating and handling processes.

As an independent family business, we have about 200 employees in our head office in Aachen, Germany.

Close contact with our customers is most important for us. For that reason our sales organization cooperates with independent representatives in 35 different countries. Our after-sales departments in Germany and in the U.S. provide tele-service and send their service technicians to all parts of the world. In cooperation with our customers we continuously develop our machine range, regarding both cutting materials and different cutting technologies.
