Hall of fame
Robert Schiffler, partner in the firm of FECKEN-KIRFEL, was posthumously inducted into the Flexible Polyurethane Foam Hall of Fame in May 2006. Schiffler was honored as an engineering innovator responsible for the development of cutting machines that helped add value-added appeal and fabrication efficiency to early foam products.
His company's inventions helped secure the future for the emerging flexible polyurethane foam industry.
